Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join a Legal 500 law firm based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This is a permanent, full‑time job with hybrid working (2‑3 days per week remote from home). Role Responsibilities
The incoming Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for managing a Residential Conveyancing caseload as well as leading the team alongside the Head of Department. Other duties include:
* Advising clients (by email, telephone or in face‑to‑face meetings) on all aspects of the Residential Conveyancing process
* Progressing your own caseload of files, both freehold and leasehold, sales and purchase (along with all associated matters)
* Provide excellent customer service
* Business development tasks
Person Specification
Applications are sought from Residential Conveyancers with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in running their own caseload. Importantly, the candidate will also be able to display:
* Good interpersonal and organisational skills
* Ability to organise and prioritise your workload within the required timescales
* Excellent I.T skills
* Client care skills are essential
