About the Role:
As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Store management team across all product areas, back of house, and running the store when needed
* Managing a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment that meets targets
* Creating an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires your team to perform at their best
* Demonstrating a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team
* Ensuring communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs

* You have exceptional commercial understanding and know how to create a fantastic shopping experience

* You are an effective multi-tasker who can plan, organize, and prioritize workload
