The Role
* Drive the end-to-end demand process utilizing LEAN initiatives.
* Collaborate with Supply Planner to resolve supply & demand conflicts.
* Validate critical demand data (PLM, seasonality, family).
* Ensure forecast accuracy (statistical and added intelligence).
* Input key customer forecasts.
* Manage unconstrained requirement plan, aggregation, and overviews.
* Monitor and evaluate initiatives.
* Review demand plan vs. sales budget.
* Manage the Demand Plan and input into Demand strategy.
* Oversee the Demand review S&OP process.
* Manage the Demand planning system and ensure product changes are implemented.
* Handle insight feeds (internal & external).
* Monitor demand reconciliation and gap closing.
The Candidate
* Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain or Demand Planning roles.
* Advanced analytical skills (Excel, Smartsheet).
* Experience with demand systems (desirable).
* Knowledge of ERP systems (M365, NetSuite preferred).
* Knowledge of Lean and S&OP (desirable).
