Wood Transmission & Distribution Ltd UK are seeking a Quality Inspector (Fabrication) based in the Supplier Fabrication Centre in Edinburgh, Scotland, with regular visits to the Project Site in Nigg, Eastern Scotland.. This is a fulltime, dual site role with location presence in the Highlands and Southern Scotland, relationship building and engagement with designated supplier(s) to promote quality management, quality inspection, feedback on performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications, Knowledge, skills, and experience:
7. 7 + years quality experience (preferably in manufacturing and/or fabrication)
8. ISO 9001 Lead auditor
9. Quality Management diploma or equivalent
10. Inspection certification in an associated discipline (. welding)
11. Membership of a relevant industry body
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office
13. High level of communication skills in both written and spoken format
14. Building strategic relationships with suppliers
