The Role:
* Manage a portfolio of complex commercial insurance claims across property, liability, motor fleet, cyber, and professional indemnity
* Act as the principal liaison between corporate clients, insurers, solicitors, loss adjusters, and other third parties
* Deliver proactive, expert advice to clients on claims processes and policy interpretation
* Provide regular claims updates and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
* Identify and escalate issues affecting claims progress; propose solutions and mitigation steps
* Monitor trends and provide feedback to improve risk management practices
* Ensure adherence to FCA compliance standards and internal governance
* Contribute to the development of the team’s knowledge base and claims processes
The Person:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate or commercial claims handling, ideally within a broking or insurer setting
* Demonstrated knowledge of UK commercial insurance products and claims workflows
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-first approach
* Able to manage complex caseloads with high attention to detail
* Organised, proactive, and solution-focused
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims management platforms
* Progress toward CII qualifications (Cert CII, Dip CII) desirable but not essential
