Senior Sales Recruitment Consultant – Workday Staffing (US Market)
We’re looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Recruitment Consultant to build and grow our Workday staffing presence in the United States. This is a pure business‑development role aimed at opening new accounts, winning Workday programmes, and establishing us as a leading partner in a high growth market.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify, target, and win new Workday clients across the US.
* Build a new business pipeline through outreach, networking, and market mapping.
* Lead high‑quality sales calls with HR, IT, Programme Leads, and Workday Partners.
* Present tailored staffing solutions and drive contract and permanent revenue.
* Work closely with delivery teams to ensure fast, accurate candidate submissions.
* Own and exceed sales, meetings, and GP targets in a new‑growth market.
Requirements
* 3+ years’ experience in sales, ideally in tech, ERP, or HRIS (recruitment experience not essential)
* Proven ability to win new business and grow accounts from scratch.
* Strong knowledge of the Workday ecosystem (or willingness to learn quickly).
* Confident communicator with a hunter mentality and entrepreneurial drive.
* Comfortable selling into US clients and working across time zones.
