What you’ll do: Operate an efficient Support Hub, delivering excellent customer service. Manage and monitor work orders through to completion, escalating issues when needed. Support the delivery of Facilities Management services, including maintenance, compliance, and asset management. Provide administrative and coordination support to managers and officers across FM functions. Record service requests accurately, follow procedures, and assist with reporting on maintenance and compliance performance. What you bring: Proven experience in helpdesk or call centre environments, with strong customer service and communication skills across all levels. Skilled in engaging suppliers and contractors to ensure high performance, with practical experience in facilities management procedures and systems (e.g. CAFM, DMS). Strong understanding of engineering compliance, health and safety, risk management, and relevant standards. Highly organized with effective planning, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
