We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Nurse to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team in the Brighton & Hove Recovery Service.

About the Role
As one of our Lead Nurses youll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality clinical care across our Brighton & Hove Recovery Service. Youll jointly lead a team of skilled nurses and health professionals ensuring our approach is safe evidence-based compassionate and consistently improving.
Every day will bring opportunities to support people in their recovery journey empowering them to achieve meaningful lasting change.
Your key responsibilities will include :
* Providing clinical and managerial supervision to the nursing team
* Leading the delivery of clinical health and wellbeing interventions
* Driving clinical quality and best practice through audit learning and reflection
* Supporting staff development and contributing to service improvement
* Working collaboratively across hubs community locations and partner organisations
About You
You will bring :
* Experience of leading clinical teams and delivering high standards of care
* A whole-person trauma-informed approach to health and wellbeing
* The ability to remain calm curious and compassionate under pressure
* A commitment to continuous learning reflection and professional growth
* Above all youll be a confident thoughtful clinician who is motivated by helping people thrive including your colleagues.
