Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Patrolling in the malls and the outside Perimeter
2. Meeting and Greeting Customers and helping with their enquiries
3. Monitoring CCTV
4. Dealing with Deliveries
5. Admin work and replying to emails
6. Building Integrity Checks
Person Specification:
7. SIA License a must
8. SIA CCTV License an advantage
9. First Aid Trained an advantage
10. Able to take ownership of all situations and ensure all task given are completed.
11. Flexible to changes
12. Smart appearance at all times in line with company policy
Essential
13. Experience in Security
14. Experience in dealing with Fire Panels
15. Excellent Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and workloads
16. Excellent communicator and customer service skills
17. Excellent written skills
18. Computer Literate
19. Able to react in a professional and calm manner in any situation
20. Excellent Observational skills
21. Able to work unsupervised and take responsibility
22. Good Report Writing Skills
23. Good local knowledge
24. Good team ethic
25. 5 year checkable work/education History
