Job Summary

Responsibilities
* Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
* Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery
* Assist with food preparation and presentation in accordance with safety standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations
* Uphold food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
* Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
* Manage guest enquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly
* Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
* Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system
* Assist in setting up tables, clearing dishes, and resetting the dining area as needed
Experience
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
* Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous
* Experience in serving or guest services roles is highly desirable
* Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary experience can be beneficial
* Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of customer service
* Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour to engage with guests effectively
