As our new Year 3 Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
* Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued and motivated to succeed.
* Support children's reading, writing, and numeracy development, ensuring progress for all learners.
* Use effective assessment strategies to track progress and adapt lessons to meet individual needs.
* Encourage children's curiosity, problem-solving skills, and independence in learning.
* Work closely with parents and carers to support children's learning both at school and at home.
* Collaborate with the Key Stage 2 team to develop innovative teaching approaches.
A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 3.
A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
A creative and child-centred approach to teaching and learning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families.
A commitment to high-quality primary education and supporting children's individual needs.
