Where will you be working?
You will be based in our Sheffield Meadowhall Benchmarx, based at Attercliffe Trade Centre. The branch is already staffed with a team of 6 colleagues, this is a busy branch with a strong footfall of customers.

What Will You Be Doing ?
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the profitability and maximisation of our showroom and supervising a team of five direct reports. Your primary duties will include:
7. Providing exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to both new and existing customers
8. Reviewing costs, modifying stock, and maintaining profitability
9. Ensuring the safety of all colleagues and customers by adhering to stay safe policies and procedures
10. Developing strong relationships with our Trade customers
11. Covering the full spectrum of management disciplines
Required Experience
While previous experience in the kitchen sector is preferred, we value a great attitude, a hunger to learn, and strong sales and customer service skills above all else. A full UK driving licence is also required.
