Duties for Head of Sustainability:
5. Maintain and develop strong existing client relationships
6. Support the growth of new services and client marketing initiatives
7. Lead all aspects of project delivery within the sustainability service area
8. Procure and manage specialist external sub-consultants
Requirements of the Candidate:
9. A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a built environment discipline
10. Experience within sustainability consultancy in the built environment
11. Strong project leadership skills and the ability to positively represent the business within design teams
12. Proven client-facing capabilities across multiple project stages
13. Understanding of financial and resource management
14. Knowledge of dynamic simulation software, mechanical design principles, sustainability rating systems, planning considerations, operational energy assessments, and life cycle assessments (highly desirable)
15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including high-quality report writing
