About the Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will work with a talented team to prepare a variety of foods across our buffet venues. You will collaborate with a Junior Kitchen Manager and oversee small teams of commis chefs to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently.
You will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to set recipes, brand standards, and Food Safety Management System compliance.

About You
We seek motivated individuals eager to grow within a fast-paced, exciting brand. Experience at a similar level is essential. Leadership experience and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are required to keep our buffet running smoothly during different guest breaks.
Required: Level 3 Food Safety
We support your career development by helping you achieve Level 2 or Level 3 Professional Cookery qualifications through our Chef Academy.
