Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Assistant located in Birmingham. The Project Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as supporting project management activities, coordinating meetings, maintaining project documentation, and assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations. Some typical duties include tracking project progress, identifying issues, and collaborating with team members. Some work from home is acceptable.

* Documentation, Reporting, and Presentation skills
* Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Project Management software tools
* High attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field
* Experience in the project management field is a plus
