Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budgets
Demonstrate vehicle features and key benefits during sales consultations
Arrange and conduct test drives efficiently and professionally
Negotiate deals and close sales to meet targets
Promote finance, warranty, and additional products to enhance customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying process
Build and nurture relationships to encourage repeat business and referralsRequirements of a Car Sales Executive:
Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not essential
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
Well-presented and confident in a face-to-face customer environment
