Hours: Part Time (2 days per week – flexible)
Salary: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator on a part time basis for approximately 2 days per week with a degree of flexibility with the pattern of hours. This is a key role supporting the admin function of the organisation and duties include:
* Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
* Taking and processing bookings, updating the bookings system.
* Liaising with customers and providing regular updates.
* Booking of transport and accommodation.
* Updating accurate and confidential customer booking records.
* Taking and processing payments.
* Daily use of MS office software and the in house booking system.
* Data entry.
* General admin such as filing, photocopying and post duties.
* Diary management and scheduling.
Essential Experience
* Previous experience in administration.
* Strong IT skills including MS Office.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Capable of learning new skills and systems with ease.
* A strong team player.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
