Training & Events Coordinator – About our client:
Our client is a national membership organisation supporting learning and development across the UK. They are looking for a highly organised and proactive Training & Events Coordinator to manage a diverse calendar of in-person and online events, training sessions, and webinars. This is a key role within a collaborative team, offering a mix of event planning, coordination, and member support.
Training & Events Coordinator – Benefits:
* £30,000 – £35,000 salary (depending on experience)
* 30 days annual leave
* Employer pension contribution of 10%
* Hybrid working – minimum two days in the office
* UK travel with occasional overnight stays to support national events
Training & Events Coordinator – Responsibilities:
* Coordinate training events and webinars from planning through to post-event follow-up
* Manage bookings, venues, speakers, and supplier relationships
* Set up and host online events via Zoom and support eLearning delivery
* Communicate with delegates and handle member enquiries
* Maintain accurate event and training information on the website
* Support bespoke training requests and diary coordination for the senior team
* Monitor event success and produce summary reports
* Attend UK-based events as required
Training & Events Coordinator – What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in events, training, or programme coordination - if you have experience within Education or Charity settings this is highly advantageous!
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and Zoom; CRM or CMS experience a plus
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
* Willing to travel and occasionally stay overnight for event delivery
* Experience with eLearning or membership organisations (desirable)
