* Significant commercial experience in software engineering (5+ years preferred).
* A broad understanding of modern development practices, tools, and full-stack architecture.
* Experience building mobile apps—Swift experience is a bonus but not essential.
* Confidence working in Agile, collaborative environments.
* A strong grasp of fundamentals—data structures, architecture, and clean code principles.
* Clear communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
