Summary

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Heathrow. This pivotal role will support our operations by managing front desk activities and assisting with administrative tasks, contributing significantly to our mission of providing top-notch animal care services.

Responsibilities

* Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
* Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
* Maintain organized records and files for administrative purposes.
* Billing
* Re-booking
* Liaison with airlines and stakeholders
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly.
* Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative functions.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
* Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
* Qualifications
* Proven office experience in a similar role.
* Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Familiarity with data entry processes and clerical duties
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
