| Remote | 12-Month Contract
We’re looking for a talented Full-Stack Engineer to join our team on an exciting 12-month project. If you love building scalable applications, working with modern architectures, and collaborating across teams—this role is for you!
💼 Role Responsibilities:
✔️ Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Python, Node.js/React, and MongoDB
✔️ Build and deploy microservice-based architectures aligned with 12-Factor App principles
✔️ Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver robust solutions
✔️ Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and manage backend–frontend workflows
✔️ Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code-quality best practices
✔️ Support cloud deployments on AWS with a focus on performance and reliability
✔️ Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to process improvements
🛠️ Mandatory Skills:
🔹 Strong programming skills in Python & JavaScript (Node.js + React)
🔹 Hands-on experience with MongoDB (schema, indexing, performance)
🔹 Solid understanding of microservices & 12-Factor App methodology
🔹 Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Git workflows
🔹 Expertise in RESTful API design & security
🔹 Strong grasp of software design principles and testing frameworks
✨ Nice-to-Have Skills:
▪️ Exposure to AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudWatch)
▪️ Familiarity with Redis, SQS, or similar MQs
▪️ Experience with frontend optimization & state management (Redux/Zustand)
▪️ Knowledge of IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) and container orchestration
▪️ Understanding of security best practices (OAuth/JWT) and performance monitoring
