The role
This is a rewarding, hands-on role where you'll deliver a person-centred housing management service-supporting residents in temporary accommodation and independent living settings to sustain their tenancies and move towards independence.
What you'll be doing
* Acting as the main point of contact for residents
* Managing tenancies, including sign-ups, reviews and early interventions
* Supporting residents with rent, benefits, and tenancy sustainment
* Carrying out property inspections and ensuring homes are safe and compliant
* Working with internal teams and partner agencies to provide joined-up support
* Supporting vulnerable customers, including those facing homelessness, domestic abuse or mental health challenges
What we're looking for
* Experience in housing management, homelessness or supported housing
* Strong knowledge of tenancy and support needs
* A compassionate, resilient approach with the ability to build trust
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage a varied caseload and work both independently and as part of a team
