Our client, based in the West Midlands, are looking for a Youth Offending Service Officer to fully manage caseloads responsibilities within Youth Justice. Position: Youth Offending Service Officer Rate: £24.37 per hour (Umbrella) Contract Duration: 3 months Hybrid working Social Work qualifications are only one of the qualifications accepted. Also accept Probation Officers, Youth Workers and others with a relevant degree, as long as you have Youth Justice experience. Purpose: Working directly with children and families, in a multi agency way, to achieve services aim and prevent the reoffending of young people. Job Responsibilities: - Engaging with children and young people, within homes and community settings. - Deliver robust services and effective assessment within the youth justice service. - Following policies, procedures and protocols in line with the National Standards for young offenders.
