There is an opportunity for an experienced Financial Planner / IFA Manager to join a highly respected national wealth management business in their Borehamwood office.

Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership & Supervision
o Oversee advice quality
o Conduct regular 1:1s, appraisals and performance reviews
o Observe client meetings to ensure consistent high-quality advice delivery
* Advisor Development & Mentoring
o Coach and mentor Financial Planners and trainees
o Support technical development and career progression within the team
o Drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
* Business Growth & Client Strategy
o Manage prospect pipelines and contribute to growth initiatives
o Work closely with operational and paraplanning support teams to ensure smooth client delivery
* Client Advisory
o Maintain a personal client book
o Deliver complex, holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection and legacy planning
The Ideal Candidate Will
* Have experience as a Financial Planner (typically 5+ years)
* Be Chartered or close to Chartered status
* Be confident working with high-net-worth and complex clients
* Have strong technical knowledge across holistic financial planning
* Be comfortable leading, coaching and holding advisers to high standards
* Demonstrate strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
