Title: National Account Manager (On-trade)
Location: London (Office 3 days a week)
Salary: c£50k + Bonus

About the Role:
We are looking for a National Account Manager to join our UK Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and growing a premium beverage brand in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Reporting to the UK Head of On-Trade, the National Account Manager will oversee the UK’s key wholesale on-trade route-to-market channels, driving sales and ensuring wholesale strategies are executed effectively. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on commercial management, providing the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage the total on-trade wholesale channel plan to support the UK On-Trade strategic objectives.
* Negotiate pricing, commercial propositions, and joint business plans with key national wholesale partners.
* Collaborate with marketing and commercial finance teams to plan and implement promotional strategies.
* Drive sales forecast accuracy and integrate wholesaler data into the CRM system.
* Build strong relationships with wholesalers’ sales teams to drive product sales.
* Partner with regional sales managers to improve performance in independent trade through data insight.
* Support field sales teams in managing smaller regional wholesalers.
* Manage and run wholesaler trade shows and events.
* Ensure full product range availability with national customers in coordination with supply chain.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in the On-Trade, ideally with established wholesaler relationships.
* University graduate with at least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent).
* Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting internal and external data.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; self-starter with a positive attitude.
* Proficient in Excel and comfortable manipulating data (pivot tables, Power Pivot) to deliver insights.
