Sales & Admin Coordinator

We're working with a growing business in Billingshurst that's looking for a Sales & Admin Coordinator to join their team. No need for a background in sales - if you're great with people, and are eager to learn, this could be a brilliant step for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for customers - answering calls, emails, and helping with queries
2. Preparing quotes and helping convert them into confirmed orders
3. Inputting orders into the system and keeping everything up to date
4. Working with other teams to check progress and keep customers informed
5. Making sure customers are happy post-sale and helping resolve any issues
6. Building relationships with regular clients and supporting the wider sales team
About You:
7. Friendly, confident, and professional
8. Happy speaking to customers and helping with queries
9. Organised with a good eye for detail
10. Keen to learn new systems and pick things up quickly
11. Sales experience is a bonus but not essential - we'll teach you what you need to know
12. A full UK driving licence is required due to location
What You'll Get:
13. Salary of £28,000-£30,000 (depending on experience)
14. Monday-Friday schedule, 8am - 5.30pm
15. 21 days holiday + bank holidays
