Our client is a highly successful fashion/sportwear global brand currently experiencing accelerated growth. They are now looking for an experience Head of Operations to manage their inbound, warehouse and outbound product logistics for B2C and B2B globally.
This role will ensure that the brand meets operational standards by overseeing the end-to-end fulfilment process and leading the strategic plans relating to overall operations management. This will include the consistent review of productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, and identifying system improvements. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has 10+ years of retail operations experience and thrives operating at both a macro and micro level to drive maximum efficiencies whilst planning for growth.
Responsibilities:
Take complete ownership of brands fulfilment CPO. Monitor and optimise the metrics setting ambitious but realistic efficiency targets to proactively contribute to business growth.
Provide strategic leadership the complete fulfilment process. Auditing current processes and working with all relevant teams across the business to map out and execute optimisations and automations that will improve both process and cost efficiencies.
Put in place operation strategy for international growth.
Work with their international 3PL to improve efficiency in this way.
Implement best practice warehouse management design to optimize space and maximize productivity
Lead a large team of warehouse operatives, supervisors, and managers. Design team and personal KPIs to support both their own and business growth. Motivate, mentor, and provide a positive working environment for your team.
Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organising, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
Work with the leadership team to forecast business growth. Outline operations and logistical requirements for the next chapter of the brand, set up the business operations to be able to scale effectively.

Requirements:
Total 10 years of experience with min 3 years’ experience in a Head of role (ideally for a successful fast growing fashion brand)
Strong leadership experience in a warehouse environment
Proactive and forward thinking
Experience of leading large teams across multiple sites and demonstrate excellent people management skills, with the ability to lead, coach and mentor colleagues of all levels.
Robust financial management and analytical skills as well as experience of developing and successfully implementing strategic plans.
Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
Flexibility and responsiveness to change, with the ability to lead others in a dynamic environment
Experience using Shopify, PeopleVox (WMS) and Netsuite is preferred
