Role: Assistant Director of Human Resources
Location: London
Salary: Up to £63,000 + Bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a growing hospitality portfolio! This role is central London based. You will be overseeing luxury lifestyle properties with a focus on exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a strategic partner to department head, providing advice and guidance to all departments across the Human Resources remit, including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, payroll and reward and recognition.
* Provide effective leadership throughout the department, developing a strong team culture and ethos which supports high levels of guest service delivery, effective communication, and knowledge sharing.
* Maintain up to date knowledge of best practice and suggest initiatives and schemes to enhance employee proposition.
* Support colleagues and managers with succession planning initiatives which support retention of talent.
* Assisting in the training and development of colleagues alongside the Learning and Development manager
* Handle ER related matters and seek advice when required, ensuring company policy and best practice is adopted and matters are communicated to the Director of Human Resources
* Contribute to the strategic direction of the HR function.
