Team Leader – Food & Beverage (Café)
As a Team Leader, you'll give day‑to‑day support to your team, ensuring they consistently provide great service to everyone who comes to the café. Your focus will be front‑of‑house, dealing directly with guests and serving them food and drink. You will use your excellent eye for detail to ensure all displays and signs are accurate and that food looks good. At times you may also help the kitchen team with food preparation and will supervise the induction and training of colleagues to build a dedicated team that delivers outstanding service.

Hours and Salary
Seasonal, flexible, weekends. This is a zero‑hour contract, meaning no guaranteed set hours each week. The role includes weekends and bank holidays but does not require evening or split shifts. Salary: £13.25 per hour. Contract: Fixed‑term until 02‑Nov‑2026.
