As a ServiceNow Developer, you’ll have the opportunity to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions on the ServiceNow platform, driving automation and efficiency for our clients. You’ll enjoy creative freedom to tackle complex problems, build custom applications, and integrate third‑party tools—your ideas will directly shape our service delivery.
You will:
* Develop and configure custom applications, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow.
* Implement and customise ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management).
* Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party tools and maintain the CMDB.
* Troubleshoot, support, and optimise ServiceNow performance.
* Document solutions and train users—sharing your expertise across the team.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
What you bring:
* ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator & Applications Developer.
* Passion for problem‑solving, adaptability, and customer focus.
