You'll be responsible for the delivery of our services on our Corporate Client site, delivering excellence in service and the Kitchen Works experience for our customers !
About The Role
* Planning, Preparation and presentation of all meals served at the required time, adhering to Service Level Agreements
* Control and monitor financial performance of the unit
* Staff Management and Training
* Purchasing and inventory control
* Ensure Health, Hygiene, Food Safety Policies and record keeping in line with policies
What We're Looking For
* NVQ chef qualification or equivalent
* Experience of catering management
* Experience of managing a team
* Computer literacy
* Experience of managing budgets
