Business Applications Development Manager – D365 CE

The Company
A London-based organisation preparing for a major D365 CE upgrade and implementation. You’ll join a small, collaborative IT team and play a key role in modernising their Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities
* Lead and own the upcoming D365 CE transformation programme
* Advise the business and its Microsoft Partner on best-practice technical direction
* Modernise an outdated D365 environment with new modules and improved solutions
* Shape IT strategy and contribute to key architectural decisions
* Work closely with infrastructure, applications, PM, BA and data colleagues
* Technical leadership only — no direct reports

Experience
* 5 years’ D365 CE development/background
* Strong implementation and project delivery experience
* Ability to define technical standards and see the bigger picture
* Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps (Power Pages a bonus)
* Strong C#, .NET and JavaScript knowledge
* Not a hands-on coding role — you steer direction, partner delivers development

Up to £75,000
