We are working with a well-known company who are seeking a Service & Maintenance Coordinator to join their busy team in Chessington. The Role
As a Service & Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the service department, ensuring customers receive an efficient and reliable service. You'll manage your own contracts and support the wider service team by coordinating planned and reactive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of service/maintenance contracts
Booking and scheduling service and maintenance work to meet customer requirements
Coordinating engineers, providing work information, and assigning jobs
Preparing small works quotations and processing related orders
Communicating with customers, ensuring they receive relevant documentation and updates
Processing service and maintenance reports, updating systems, and maintaining accurate records
Coordinating planned/reactive site visits and managing permits/documentation
Raising invoices for completed work
Occasional site visits where required
About You
We are looking for someone proactive, organised, and adaptable, with strong coordination and administration skills.
Experience & Skills:
Previous experience in administration, coordination, or scheduling roles
Strong IT proficiency (service management systems/CRM experience desirable)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset and good attention to detail
A team player who can also work independently
Financial acumen and the ability to prepare basic quotations would be beneficial
The Package
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5pm
25 days holiday + bank holidays (3 to be taken at Christmas)
