Role Description
The Accounts Manager/Administrator role will oversee the financial activities and client accounts for PJ Slater Scaffolding Services Ltd at our office in the City of Peterborough. This can be full‑time or part‑time, on‑site role that involves managing financial records, preparing invoices, reconciling accounts, and liaising with clients to ensure timely payments. Additional responsibilities include budget tracking, financial reporting, and supporting key business decisions with financial insights. The successful candidate will work closely with management to ensure that the financial operations align with the company’s goals.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and budget management.
* Skills in using accounting software, preferably Xero, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
* Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports and invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Experience managing client accounts and maintaining professional relationships.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with analytical abilities.
* Proven organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines effectively.
* Knowledge of safety compliance and industry regulations is a benefit.
