As our Meeting & Event Sales Coordinator, you will understand what it means to deliver excellent hospitality and thrive on exceeding guest expectations. Your focus will be on our Meetings, Events, and Groups business, handling inquiries, finalizing event details, billing, and record keeping.
In some hotels, we have launched V Works, our co-working business centre. Can you sell the dream of a collaborative workspace? You will impress customers with fantastic service and grow our customer base by identifying new leads and converting inquiries into memberships. With a great personality and passion for sales, you'll offer excellent options for guests while ensuring hotel profitability.
You should be highly attentive and capable of maintaining consistent standards. A can-do attitude is essential. Teamwork is key in this industry; you should be a strong team player willing to assist wherever needed.
