Due to growth in their business, they are seeking a Residential Sales Negotiator – part time, to join their team. The role would be ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships and wants the flexibility of a part time week. Although the role is flexible one of the days to be worked would need to be a Monday, this role is fully office based.
Job Description for the Part time Residential Sales Negotiator:
1. Arranging viewings for properties with potential buyers
2. Arranging surveyors to attend properties for listings
3. Liaising with potential homebuyers and managing the negotiation process
4. Ensuring that relevant administration is completed in a timely manner and to a high accuracy
5. Liaising with solicitors, issuing relevant documentation
6. Completing necessary checks for home purchases such as money laundering checks etc
For the Part time Residential Sales Negotiator role, it would be good to see candidates with the following experience:
7. Previous residential property sales experience
8. Excellent communicator
9. Highly accurate and detail conscious in approach
10. Excellent telephone manner
11. Highly organised individual
Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, (3 days)
Salary: £28,000 pro rata
