Fentrade Limited is a leading manufacturer of aluminium fenestration products located in Newport, South Wales. Our wide range of products are distributed along the M4 & M5 corridors and we are rapidly expanding further into the midlands and the north. Due to this continuous growth, we are looking to recruit an Assistant to work in our busy Sales Office supporting the sales order team.
Job Responsibility:
Responsibilities of the job will include:
* Liaising with customers to confirm orders and resolve any queries
* Processing sales orders and preparing all necessary paperwork ready for manufacturing.
* Answering telephone calls.
* Administrative duties of filing, scanning and keeping all paperwork in an organised manner.
* Checking and matching purchase orders with delivery notes and invoices for accounts.
The ideal candidate will have the following desired skills:
* Ability to work as part of a team but also to work using your own initiative.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Customer focused with great customer service skills.
* Reliable with good time management and punctuality.
* Good attention to detail.
* Computer literate with good organisational skills.
Experience in the window industry is desirable but not essential and full training on our product ranges and system will also be given. The hours of work will be 3 days per week from 9.00am to 3.00pm, with half hour for lunch. You will be entitled to 22 days holiday plus statutory bank holiday days per year on a pro rata basis. After 3 months' probationary period you will be eligible to enrol into the company pension scheme.
