Overview
As a Healthcare Assistant at our Sidcup clinic, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care following Diaverum procedures, ultimately improving our patients' quality of life. We’re committed to your professional growth and will provide comprehensive training, including on-the-job training, e-learning, and access to our in-house education program, "d Academy."
Responsibilities
* Maintaining clean equipment following proper training.
* Preparing supplies and packs for treatment.
* Conducting health checks with patients before and after dialysis.
* Escorting patients to clinical and waiting areas.
* Serving refreshments during treatments.
Requirements
* Must be educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
* Minimum NVQ level 2 in Health; Social Care or equivalent (preferably working towards level 3).
* Ideally, previous experience in a hospital and healthcare setting.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* A positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
* Excellent communication skills (oral + written) with fluency in English.

* Full-time position (37.5 hours per week), with paid breaks.
* Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work.
* Competitive Salary of up to £24,474 depending on relevant experience plus location allowance.
