A B2B Sales Role with a Strong Client & Brand Focus
Driver Hire Bridgwater is growing, and we are looking for a B2B sales professional who excels at building relationships, representing a trusted brand, and driving commercial growth through high-quality client engagement.
This is a business-to-business sales role, focused on winning new clients, developing existing accounts, and acting as a professional ambassador for Driver Hire within the transport and logistics sector.
As part of the UK’s leading specialist recruiter, you will be responsible for generating revenue while ensuring every client interaction reflects the quality, credibility, and values of the Driver Hire brand.
The Role: B2B Sales, Client Engagement & Brand Representation
B2B Sales & New Business Development
Proactively identifying, targeting, and converting new B2B clients within the transport and logistics market
Building a sustainable sales pipeline through outbound activity, networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings
Conducting consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and position Driver Hire’s recruitment solutions
Client Relationships & Brand Ambassadorship
Acting as a visible and professional representative of the Driver Hire brand in the local market
Developing long-term, trusted B2B client relationships based on service quality and commercial understanding
Ensuring all client interactions reinforce Driver Hire’s reputation for reliability, compliance, and service excellence
Account Management & Internal Collaboration
Managing and growing an existing portfolio of B2B accounts
Understanding client operations and workforce challenges to identify opportunities for account growth
Communicating client requirements clearly to internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery
Commercial & Revenue Responsibility
Negotiating rates, terms, and service agreements with B2B decision-makers
Achieving and exceeding individual and branch revenue targets
Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term client partnerships
About You
You are a commercially minded B2B sales professional who understands the importance of both revenue generation and client experience.
You will bring:
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in recruitment, logistics, or a service-led environment
Confidence in proactive sales activity, including telephone, virtual, and face-to-face meetings
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
A professional, brand-conscious approach to sales
A results-driven mindset with a consultative selling style
Knowledge or experience within transport and logistics (highly desirable)
A full UK driving licence
