Your role:
1. Coordinating day-to-day operations in order processing, from order acceptance to shipment
2. Serving as the point of contact for customers
3. Recording and monitoring safety stock levels
4. Managing consignment inventory
5. Initiating internal escalations
6. Recording customer complaints
7. Preparing reports for customers
Your qualifications:
8. Completed vocational training in a commercial field, such as industrial clerk, office clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or a comparable field
9. Previous work experience in one of the above-mentioned areas is a plus
10. Ideally, an interes in technology
11. You enjoy working in a team and communicating with customers, manufacturers and colleagues
12. You have very good English and Microsoft Office skills and already have some experience with SAP
