Key Job Responsibilities
To liaise with internal and external stakeholders to chase export clearance declarations and proof of delivery.
To manage and maintain export records and documentation for all shipments alongside our ERP system and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
To provide documentation to external customs consultants to facilitate compliance checks and audits.
To maintain a spreadsheet tracking all export shipments and supporting documentation.
To support with any export amendment requests, licensing or tariff processes.
To provide admin support for wider business requests regarding export compliance and shipments.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Previous experience within warehousing, transport or logistics
Knowledge of customs export procedures
Knowledge of INCOTERMS, commodity codes and commercial invoices
Strong organisational skills and time management
Attention to detail
Proactive, can work on own initiative
Able to work to deadlines
Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication.
Proficient in Excel and othe MS Office tools
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 desirable
Education And Certification Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree.
