You will need to be a driver with your own transport (car, motorcycle, moped, E-Bike, etc.) - the work is not suited to non-drivers.
This is a full-time role based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, with an out-of-hours on-call phone, and one weekend out of four.
About the role
As a Field Supervisor, you will work in the community to complete monitoring tasks such as reviews, spot checks, carer assessments, as well as completing Risk Assessments, MAR charts, and support plans. You will be the face of Radis, ensuring people can remain in the homes they love. You will also collaborate with NHS, Social Services, GPs, and other health professionals to meet the needs of those we support.
Salary and Benefits
All supervisor hours are paid at an enhanced hourly rate. Care hours are paid at our care rate, and you will receive paid travel time between visits and paid mileage. When on call, you will also receive an on-call payment. Benefits include:

Candidate Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience in Health & Social Care
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, with a view to completing Level 3
* Ability to maintain high standards of quality and professionalism
* Good written and verbal communication skills for engaging with staff, clients, and external agencies
* Enhanced DBS check required
* Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle required
