Job Mission as a Business Development Manager
You will provide guidance to individuals to find their ideal digital careers or upgrade their current skills for the new digital economy. You will offer needs-based consulting and career advice to help individuals pursue the best digital careers and acquire necessary digital skills.
Team Structure
You will collaborate with the Marketing Team to launch lead generation and awareness campaigns and work with the Delivery and Talent Management teams to ensure skill acquisition and career readiness.
Your Main Responsibilities
* Assist in executing marketing campaigns to reach target audiences
* Provide career consultation and needs-based selling to guide individuals towards suitable digital careers or skills
* Maintain sales activities and achieve set sales targets

Requirements
* At least 2 years of B2B sales experience is advantageous
* Experience in consultative selling and engaging with key organizational stakeholders
* A positive attitude towards personal growth and career development for clients
* Diploma or bachelor’s degree
* Passion for upskilling advocacy
* Good English communication skills
