Job Title: Housing Standard Advisor
Salary: £33,531 - £38,052 per annum (pro rata if part-time)
Grade: D
Contract Type: 7 months Fixed Term (June 2026 - December 2026)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
About the Role
* General support to Housing Standards and Well Homes
* Tenant and Landlord Liaison including signposting CAB, Shelter, Justice for tenants, NRLA
* Compliance and Enforcement Support
* Property Inspection Co-ordination
* Data Management and Reporting
* Interdepartmental Collaboration
* Property visits to private tenants and homeowners as required
* Processing and approval/repayment of grants and loans
Essential Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Basic DBS Check
