The Role
As a Graduate Acoustic Consultant, you’ll work alongside senior specialists to deliver technical input across a wide range of projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting noise and vibration assessments across diverse sectors
Carrying out fieldwork, including noise surveys and environmental monitoring
Analysing acoustic data using industry software and standards
Contributing to Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and planning reports
Collaborating with internal teams, local authorities, and external clients
Staying current with industry regulations and best practice
This is a hands-on role that offers early exposure to nationally significant infrastructure schemes as well as smaller community-based developments.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical curiosity and strong communication skills. You’ll likely have:
A degree in Acoustics, Physics, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline (ideally with an acoustics module)
A keen interest in environmental acoustics and consultancy work
A full UK driving licence, as occasional travel is involved
