There will also be a requirement to visit our Manchester or Halifax office from time to time.Step into a role where your potential is valued and your growth is supported.What does a day-to-day look like? Own and grow broker relationships across your Mid-Market panel—leading training, hosting social events, and driving performance reviews with support from the RDM and SRM.Underwrite and manage risks profitably, both remotely and face-to-face in broker offices, staying aligned with Covéa Insurance’s strategy.Drive new business by building a strong pipeline and using tactical trading tools to give brokers a competitive edge.Stay front-of-mind with regular broker contact, championing Covéa’s Mid-Market, SME, and Schemes products.Support retention and rate improvement goals, working closely with regional colleagues to hit targets.Keep records sharp and compliant, using Covéa’s systems and processes.Stay informed on market trends, broker dynamics, and legal developments that impact underwriting.Push for smarter processes, helping improve how we operate in the Mid-Market space.What will help you stand out?
