Job Description As a Mobile Security Officer, your primary responsibility is to provide top-tier mobile security services across multiple client sites within a designated geographical area. This role involves a range of duties including locks/unlocks, patrols, alarm responses, vacant property inspections, and escort services as directed by the Deputy Branch Manager. Responsibilities Mobile Security Services: Perform various mobile security tasks such as locks/unlocks, internal and external patrols, alarm responses, vacant property inspections, and escort services. Professionalism: Maintain a professional, polite, and helpful demeanor when interacting with clients, their staff, and Securitas colleagues. Shift Management: Receive direction from the Deputy Branch Manager, providing comprehensive shift handovers upon completion. Support and Coordination: Assist the control room (Mobile Dispatch) with adhoc requests, ensuring smooth distribution and collation of information for current and upcoming shifts. Team Support: Support and communicate effectively with the team throughout the shift, reallocating tasks as necessary to maintain efficiency. Uniform and Equipment: Ensure all team members are properly uniformed and equipped, conducting thorough vehicle handovers at the beginning and end of shifts. Vehicle and Driving: Drive company vehicles in accordance with the Highway Code, maintaining road safety and upholding the company's professional image. Security Protocols: Adhere to key management processes, assignment instructions, and escalation procedures in case of incidents or emergencies. Reporting and Compliance: Utilize GRS/SMP systems for accurate reporting, ensuring all data is correctly documented with necessary photos and details. Standard Operating Procedures: Follow SOP13 and SOP18 guidelines, as well as understanding and adhering to the driver’s handbook and agreement. Team Development: Coach, support, and mentor new and existing employees, contributing to their professional growth within the team. Flexibility and Support: Assist neighbouring branches and participate in investigations or other tasks as directed by the Deputy Branch Manager. Training: Attend training sessions as required, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to continuous learning.
