Based Onsite (London Medical W1U 5HJ)

Salary £35,964 - £45,480 per annum dependant on experience plus enhancements
Full time (Long Days) – Monday – Friday (With Weekend Rota)

We are seeking to recruit a motivated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our small, supportive multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care while contributing to an excellent patient and customer experience within a professional outpatient diagnostic setting.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who is keen to develop a broad range of clinical skills and work collaboratively with specialist clinicians in a friendly and patient-focused environment.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
1. Participating in the delivery of a consistent, safe service in all aspects of the patient journey whilst demonstrating a culture of customer service.
2. Managing care of allocated patients.
3. Recognising the needs for DOL’s assessments, mental capacity assessment and ‘simple’ and ‘complex’ safeguarding referrals and highlight any concerns.
4. Having a working knowledge of emergency policies including cardiac arrest.
5. Deputising for the Senior Staff Nurse in their absence.
6. Relating to the Sister/Charge Nurse/Lead Nurse in regard to professional issues
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

7. NMC Registered (Adult)
8. Strong people and communication skills
9. Good IT skills
10. Understanding of clinical governance
11. Audit experience
Desirable
12. Paediatric experience
13. OPD experience
14. Day Case / Surgical exposure
