Lift Supervisor
We are currently seeking an experienced Lift Supervisor for immediate work on a busy Southern Water project based in Winchester.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing and coordinating all lifting operations on site
* Ensuring all lifts are carried out in line with approved lift plans
* Supervising crane teams, slingers, and operatives to maintain safe working practices
Essential Requirements
* Valid CPCS Lift Supervisor (A62) card
* In-date medical certificate
* Proven experience in a similar role on construction or infrastructure sites
* Strong understanding of lifting procedures, risk assessments, and method statements
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
