🕒 Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.

📅 Here's The Exciting Bit… A Day Includes

This role is responsible for the review, enhancement, and deployment of new sales platforms, including third-party shopping apps and social media commerce channels. The focus is on launching, maintaining, and optimising our presence within these platforms to streamline operations and improve processes for our store teams.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing new procedures, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, and enhancing the in-store experience. The role will also involve developing short-, medium-, and long-term plans to drive process efficiency, collaborating cross-functionally with various departments to deliver impactful solutions.


A Typical Day In This Role Includes

* Coordinating phased store launches within multiple third-party shopping apps
* Liaising with Store Ops to ensure stores are ready for picking, packing, and dispatching orders.
* Identifying operational blockers and proposing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce friction for store teams
* Speaking to store managers about new ideas of how to improve a task
* Visiting stores to understand feedback from our store teams
* Working with the Store Operations Helpdesk to understand repeated issues and develop processes to resolve operational issues
* Writing communications for new process and working with the Communications Manager to plan when it can be communicated
* Supporting the rollout of training sessions and onboarding for new stores
* Manage and review Returns, Refunds and Adjustments process with third-party shopping apps to operational efficiency, policy compliance, and customer satisfaction while minimising dispute volumes.

What You’ll Need

* Comfortable with computers and the Office 365 suite
* Strong understanding of Superdrug store processes
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
